Job Title: Marketing Technologist

Job Description: Manage front-end Technologies and facilitate digital development and growth
Home: Napa, CA

What's one tool you can't live without in the kitchen? Why?
The wooden spoon; probably the trademark chef’s tool that is in every kitchen.

What is always in your fridge or cupboard?
Typically I always have eggs or bacon in my fridge. In my cupboard, I make sure to have soy sauce and sriracha.

Where is your favorite place to grab a bite in Napa?
Zuzu’s is a great tapas joint.

Where is your favorite spot to grab a drink?
Billco’s is my spot - I enjoy the divey pool/darts bar.

What’s your go-to meal of choice?
I enjoy authentic Japanese food, but rarely find it so I end up having to cook at home for it. Sushi is not a Japanese staple - we rely on rice, noodles, cooked fish, and veggies.

What’s your least favorite food and why?
I’m not a super big fan of broccoli but I do like experimenting and trying to make things that don’t usually taste good to me and make them in a way that I do.

Who influenced you to enjoy cooking?
Cooking has always been enjoyable to me and trying to craft other cultures’ culinary cuisines is a fun challenge.

If you could enjoy a meal with someone, dead or alive, who would it be?
My dad’s parents, specifically my grandmother before she suffered from Alzheimer's.

Do you have a favorite food-related quote?
“Anyone can cook” - Ratatouille

The best part about living in your town:
Easy access to some of the greatest wines in the world.
