Power Breakfast Toast

Calling this a “recipe” is a bit of a stretch, but you definitely need power toast in your morning rotation!

What You Need: bread, toaster or toaster oven, favorite healthy toppings: avocado, lime, salt, peanut butter, bananas, honey, strawberries, etc.


While your bread is toasting, mash an avocado in a bowl with lime juice and salt. Or, slice a banana to top a healthy smear of your favorite nut butter. The healthy combos are endless and your rumbling tummy will thank you.
