  • How do I receive free shipping?

    During special promotions, free shipping may be offered.

  • Can I change or add to my order after it is placed?

    Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. However, within 1 hour of order placement, you may cancel your order.

  • How do I cancel my order?
    Within one hour from the time you place your order, you may cancel the order. There will be a cancel button within your account. Log into your account and go to “My Orders”. Your orders will be listed and if you are within the one hour time frame to cancel your order, click “Cancel”.   • What payment methods does Chefs accept?

    We accept PayPal and both credit and debit cards from American Express, Diners, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

  • When is my credit card charged?

    Your card will be charged when your order is shipped. If your order has multiple shipments, you will see a separate charge for each shipment.

  • How do I use a Promotion Code?

    Promotion Codes are entered during the checkout process. Enter the specific promotion code in the Promotion Code Box, exactly as it is written.

  • How do I redeem a gift card?

    You will be able to redeem your gift card during checkout under the Payment Options.

Shipping and Delivery
  • How will my order be shipped?

    Chefs orders ship via FedEx Ground, Smart Post Ground, or 2nd Day Air (if you choose expedited shipping when placing your order).

  • Where does Chefs ship?

    Chefs ships to the contiguous 48 states. Currently, we do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

  • When will I receive my order?
    Your order will ship within 1-3 business days and should deliver within 3-7 business days from the day the order is placed.
  • Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

    Items are shipped directly from our vendors. You will receive an update with tracking information when your item(s) ships. If you've ordered multiple items from different vendors, they may arrive separately.

  • Why are there multiple charges for my order?
    If your order contains more than one item it is possible that you will see multiple charges on your account. This is because we may ship from multiple locations, and each store location will only charge for the item(s) that they ship. This will not affect your order total or shipping charges on your order. Orders shipped from multiple locations may result in items arriving on different days.
